The absolute best! I can't thank him enough! We worked with Ben, he was kind, empathetic, professional, very fast and does not price gouge. This was a true emergency as we had locked ourselves out of our house with our baby asleep inside. I was in a complete panic. I called other locksmiths, only to get rude dispatchers, telling me we had to pay hundreds extra and wait over 25 minutes to hopefully be connected with someone. I was willing to pay anything to not have to wait. We were one more dispatcher interaction (hold/please wait) away from calling the fire department to break down our door. I'm so glad I came across and called Ben. He answered his own phone, no dispatcher! He not only calmed me down but left his warm dinner to come help us. I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg because other locksmiths charge extra for an emergency. I was willing to pay anything to get to my baby fast. Ben didn't charge us a lot at all, I'm still flabbergasted by the kindness and empathy. We will recommend him to everyone we know!

Instead of just taking my money and scheduling a service call, Ben was kind enough to tell me that I didn't actually need a locksmith for this specific job. I have a long tale regarding a gate which has been broken for over 10 years. I am an owner of a condo in a small complex in Palo Alto. Our complex consists of 2 old homes (90 yrs old) converted to condos with newer condos (50 yrs old) forming a quadrangle. The developer attempted to save many artifacts from the original settings and we suspect that the front door and garden gates fall into that category. One gate, in particular is heavily used and usually broken 🤯 Our door and gates have been repaired many times over the years, unsuccessfully, until SUPER BEN, who came and saved our gate! Ben is professional, thoughtful, kind and thorough. The gate had been messed with so many times, he had to rip the lock, latch and strike mechanism out and carefully replace all to preserve the old look and feel. No other locksmith or gate expert had been able to settle this problem until Ben. Gotta love that!

So Ben really came through for me a month ago when I was locked out of my place. He was booked so he couldn't provide me any services, but he answered all my questions, told me what scams were out there, followed up unsolicited. It was great to know there was someone experienced who could advise me in a moment of desperation. Mind you, I was with my sleepy/cranky toddler after a 12 hr flight with all our luggage when I realized we lost our keys. It was a very vulnerable position to be in and I'm so grateful that Ben gave me free advice and remote support. I've saved him in my phone as locksmith in the event me or any of my friends ever needs to call one.

How can you give a5 stars rating when you haven’t even used the services of a business. I locked myself outside the house and went frenetically calling locksmiths here and there. I got hold of2 companies: Green Keys's locksmiths and a dispatch center. Because of the distance Ben from Green Key locksmiths preferred that I go with someone else. He advised me to go with a reputable company rather than a dispatcher who subcontracts locksmiths without a background check. He spent a long while explaining what to expect and agree upon. He felt that I was desperate and could easily be scammed. I felt protected when while the locksmith was doing the work I was on the phone with Ben the whole time. Thank you Ben you're an angel

I consulted Ben about my lock in the main entry door going counter clockwise when you open the door instead of clockwise. I sent him a photo of the door lock. He knew right away that I have an old Weslock brand and needed a replacement more updated one designed to be a lot safer. Because he does not carry it on stock he advised me where to get it and I promptly ordered it. He then installed it upon delivery to my house and worked beautifully. Ben is a very skilled and honest gentleman who responded quickly along the way and very dependable. On top of that he possesses a human touch that you will find him friendly to deal with. I am very happy with a job well done and highly recommend him anytime.

I had one of those “smart” thumbprint-reading doorknobs. It was on lock and the thing died so I couldn't get in as the physical key was in the room. Ben was able to pick the mini key port within a minute of arriving. Including reference of the knob. The damage is my own doing trying to get in w a credit card btw.
