I install smart locks for residential and commercial properties and make sure the lock fits your door, works reliably, and is set up so you can use it right away.

Good fits: move-in upgrades in Fremont, Newark, and Union City, and planned smart-lock work in Palo Alto and Menlo Park — including Eichler and other mid-century doors where fit matters. If a smart lock isn’t right for a door, I’ll say so and install a quality conventional lock instead — no upsell.

You supply the smart lock, or ask me what to buy for your door before you order — that avoids the most common fit mistakes.

I’m based in Newark and focus on Fremont, Newark, Union City, Palo Alto, and Menlo Park — and I also take work in the cities in between and nearby. If you’re not sure whether I come to you, call and ask.
